A follow up. Beware that the scene proportions are a little large (on my system). It is a great space and looks good but it is huge.
You will have all the room you could want but scaling the furniture did not work for me. As soon as my avatar stood on the floor (he reduced back to normal scale, and looked small next to the furniture. )
It may be a problem with the derived from scene, but I can not verify this.
