This is probably the most beautiful collar on IMVU. Granted, it doesn't contain animations and it doesn't say anything special, it's just plain beautiful. The collar doesn't disappear when your avatar lowers its head- but if you have a bigger avi head other than the small-medium sizes I suggest you look for a bigger collar. It worked fine with me and it's beautiful!
