OK Since developers don't get notices when they get reviews, I am going to respond for Anshe. It very clearly says at the top of this product page "Easy Derive Version." In addition to that, there are all the texture templates a person needs to derive from this room. This room is NOT meant to be bought for personal use. If you don't take the time to check out a product before buying it, and all you are doing is reading a product title, then it's your own fault you lost the credits. This room is flawless for what it is intended to be. It is NOT intended to be used for a private room.
