This scaler i liked it a lot, but i found out that this particular product is my main reason that my feet sink into all floors carpets, when i have this exact scaler on my Avi..Once i remove the product my feet no longer sink in to all floors or carpets. And at times it getting worse, it is sinking now almost up to my Avis Knees.. is there any way you can fix this issue? i really want to keep using this item but i am unable to wear this product due to this defect.
