I did the outfit for moulin rouge I had everything but a black top hat this one not only came close to the one that was worn in the movie but it didnt mess with the hair and looked like diamonds which is what the song is about diamond girls best friend so it worked perfect now lets see if I place or win any how great work wonderful hat Ty for making it possible.
