Morning,
A few days ago I purchased one of your items. More specifically, LUXURIOUS FLOATING HOME. (products_id=2077173). I bought this product for nearly 2000 credits, and it isn't even complete. I am disappointed, as a COMPLETED version of this product is displayed on the product information page, but the actual item is much different. I would like a refund, or would even be happy with a fixed/COMPLETE version (because I do love this boat!).
If I am unable to resolve this matter with you directly, unfortunately I will have to contact IMVU and file an official complaint.
