Definitely not vip or luxury, i was unable to try first so thought it was a boat since thats what i searched for and the picture clearly shows a boat. What you actually get is a Small house with purple chairs with no luxury extras ( no beach, cars, helicopters, boats) tiny garden and pool, it looks ok but I've brought better homes for a lot less money
