I purchased this item a while ago. I would set it as my default for a while every now and again. About 4 or 5 years ago I came on and went to the room and found there was no trailer just a square rectangle on the ground and the furniture I used to furnish the room. I too have tried countless times to contact the dev and have gotten nowhere. I would either like to have the room fixed or my money back. Until such time that one of those two things happen, I'm going to be telling people that they don't want to purchase from this indiviual. If you're reading this, I hope it's not because it's too late but rather because you're shopping around for a room. Write this vendor's name down and don't purchase his/her products.
