I like your pillow group alot but have a question, when I load them in my room, they appear in the air, when I try to get them to the floor, I can only get them 1/2 above the floor and 1/2 under the floor., can you point me in the right direction for help. Should I shrink them or what. Love your stuff esp the backdrops
